The True Gift Of Ashtanga

Beyond the postures and movements you will learn and refine, Ashtanga offers far more than physical strength or bodywork.

The Ashtanga Primary Series, known as Yoga Therapy (Yoga Chikitsa), is a carefully designed sequence that fosters healing—not only on a physical level but, more importantly, on a mental and emotional one.

This practice invites you to tune into yourself, creating a sacred space to breathe, reflect, and hold presence for whatever you need to face or release.

Through your Ashtanga journey, the practice evolves into a way of life, cultivating courage, endurance, and resilience, always grounded in heart, softness, and kindness.

This is an all-levels Class Series, limited to 10 people

The Experience

In a Mysore room, each practitioner journeys through the same sequence at their own pace, fully supported by the collective energy and the kind, attentive guidance of the teacher. This creates a safe and inclusive space for all. Practicing Ashtanga in a Mysore setting is like having a private class within a group dynamic, where you can move through your sequence alongside others while enjoying the benefits of personalized attention.

Mysore practice is a journey of self-discovery through self-practice. Every time you step onto your mat, you create a practice that is uniquely yours, guided by the timeless teachings of the Ashtanga Vinyasa System.

Posture by posture, you explore the depths of the practice, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, gently releasing any blocks that arise along the way.

Mysore is the heart of the Ashtanga system: a self-practice that invites you to find alignment and authenticity both on your mat and in your daily life
