Cancellations Policy

  • 12 hours Cancellation Window : Cancellations and changes in bookings need to be made at least 12 hours prior to the start time of the class. 
  • No-Show : Booking a class and not showing up for it will count your credit as validated and won’t be refunded. 
  • Validity Period : The start date and expiry date of a pass cannot be extended.
